| SEAMICO CHAT ROOM AGREEMENT |
 |
|
These chat rooms ("Seamico Chat") are
provided by Seamico Securities Plc. ("Seamico")
to you ("you" or "the user"),
subject to the terms of this Seamico Chat Room
Agreement ("Agreement"), and the rules
that may be published from time to time by Seamico.
Seamico Chat is currently provided as a free service
to any user who agrees to abide by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement. Seamico reserves
the right to change the nature of this relationship
at any time. Users who violate the terms of this
Agreement will have their Seamico Login Access
canceled (if appropriate) or they may permanently
be banned from entering the Seamico web site.
ENTERING A CHAT ROOM OF SEAMICO
CHAT WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER SEAMICO
CHAT.

CHAT RULES: |
 |
|
You are entirely liable for all
activities conducted through your accessing Seamico
Chat. Listed below are some, though not all, violations
which may result in Seamico terminating your access.
You agree not to do any of the following actions
while using Seamico Chat:

1.

harass,
threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort
upon another Seamico Chat participant, user, or
other individual or entity; |
|
2.
|
post via Seamico Chat
any information, data, text, files, links, software,
or other materials ("Content") that Seamico
considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening,
abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene,
hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
|
|
3.
|
impersonate in Seamico
Chat any person, including but not limited to, a
Seamico employee; |
|
4.
|
disrupt the normal flow
of dialogue in a Seamico Chat room or otherwise
act in a manner that
negatively affects other participants; |
|
5.
|
post any unsolicited
advertising, promotional materials, or any other
forms of solicitation in Seamico Chat; and |
|
6.
|
intentionally or unintentionally
violate any applicable local, state, national or
international law, including but not limited to
any regulations having the force of law while using
or accessing Seamico Chat or in connection with
your use of Seamico Chat in any manner. |

SPECIFIC ADVICE AS REGARDS
THE USE OF SNAKEPIT |

Information obtained in chat rooms
is no substitute for independent research, and
it's not a good idea to trade or make any investment
decisions based solely or largely on information
obtained in a chat room. Never assume people are
who the say they are, know what they say they
know, or are affiliated with whom they say they
are affiliated with. This service is being offered
for user discussion purposes only, and Seamico
cannot be responsible for the content or accuracy
of any information, and shall not be responsible
for any trading or investment decisions made based
on such information.

CONTENT
You and any user of your access must evaluate, and
bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness
or usefulness of any Content. Seamico shall not
be responsible for any Content. Seamico does not
pre-screen or monitor all Content as a matter of
policy, but Seamico shall have the right, but not
the responsibility, to remove Content which is deemed
in Seamico's sole discretion harmful, offensive,
or otherwise in violation of this Agreement or any
rules Seamico has in place at the time. Seamico
may elect at its sole discretion to monitor some,
all, or no areas of Seamico Chat for adherence to
this Agreement or
Seamico's rules. |

PRIVACY:
By entering Seamico Chat you accept that it is an
open forum in that is accessible by any user of
the internet with the exception of those users expressly
barred by Seamico from entering its website. Seamico
will respect the anonymity of comment or messages
unless user details are specifically requested by
any regulatory or legal authority having due cause
to suspect that an infringement of local, national
or international regulations or law has taken place.
In this event, Seamico reserves the right to co-operate
with the respective authority in its efforts to
identify the user. |

DISCLAIMER

TERMINATION:
Seamico may terminate your access at any time for
any reason. Once your access is terminated, you
cannot enter Seamico Chat in any manner or for any
reason without the express written consent of Seamico,
and you cannot assist in enabling a terminated user
access to Seamico Chat using or via your access. |

MINORS:
In cases where you have authorized another individual,
including a minor, to use your access, you recognize
that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online
conduct of such user; (ii) controlling the users
access to and use of Seamico Chat; and (iii) the
consequences of any misuse. You further recognize
that the holder of the internet access address is
entirely responsible for activities conducted through
such access.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME AREAS OF SEAMICO CHAT
MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS |

MISCELLANEOUS:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand
and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction
of the courts of the Kingdom of Thailand for any
cause or action arising out of this Agreement. In
the event that any portion of this Agreement is
deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect. |

WHAT
TO DO:
If you witness chat in a public chat room that violates
this Agreement or the Seamico Chat rules then in
effect, please send the relevant information through
this to Seamico at [onlinetrading@seamico.co.th].
Seamico cannot guarantee that any action will be
taken as a result of your report. Please refer to
this Agreement from time to time for any updates
Seamico may make to this Agreement and to Seamico
Chat rules. Thank you for participating in Seamico
