 Open an account with an individual designated marketing officer

 Download & Print the account application (with a designated marketing officer)

  1. Click here to Download & print the Account Application Forms which are comprising of:-

    (a) Securities Trading Application Form-Individual
    (b) Two Specimen Signature Cards
    (c) Letter of Consent for Debit to the Bank Account (ATS)
    (d) Securities Brokerage Agreement

  2. Complete all the above documents and sign your signature where required. Please note that the signature should be same as shown in the original passport.

  3. Required Documents for Opening a Standard Trading Account : (Please sign your signature on all copies. Please note that all your signature must be same as shown on the original passport.)

    3.1) Applicant:
    •  Copy of identity card / Passport *
    •  Copy of house registration (for Thai applicant only)
    •  Copy of Work Permit of client (if any).
    •  Copy of bankbook which show your bank account name/number.

    3.2) Beneficiary / Controller / Related Persons (if any):
    •  Copy of identity card / Passport *
    •  Copy of house registration (for Thai only)

    Remark * :

    • Foreigner : A copy of your passport signed on each page (Certified signature must be the same as shown in the passport)
    • Thai : A copy of your Identification card (ID) certified by your signature.

  4. Financial Statement if request for credit limit trading (certified your signature as true copy)

    •  Copy of bank statements backwarded to at least 6 months
    •  Salary Pay Slip

  5. Forward the above document along with 30 Baht duty stamp to the below address:-

  6. Once received, and subject to acceptance, we will advise you your permanent login name (Account number) and Password to the address given in the application.
