 at “Additional Trading Order Method” and also check at “Via Internet System”.
- Complete all the above documents and sign your signature where required. Please note that the signature should be same as shown in the original passport.
- Attach a copy of your passport / ID Card * , certified the true copy by signing your signature on every page.
Remark* :
• Foreigner : A copy of your passport signed on each page (Certified signature must be the same as shown in the passport)
• Thai : A copy of your Identification card (ID) certified by your signature.
