	The Brooker Group Plc. is the only publicly traded publications, market research and business consulting company in Thailand. It is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and provides a full range of services, including mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, corporate advisory services, underwriting and investment advice, as well as, securities broking, through our local and global strategic partners. We are now preparing to further expand into financial advisory and capital raising work. With 9 full time financial advisory staff, we are in a position to employ a senior investment banking person to head our team. We are therefore seeking a highly motivated and execution orientated person to head our new Investment Banking team. Our principal need is to fill the following position.
	Head of Investment Banking Execution Senior Vice President/Vice President
	Role: Execute financial advisory and investment banking projects that The Brooker Group currently has and will develop though new business. Assist in the technical and professional development of the team. Supervise the team on issues of due diligence, investment analysis, research reviews and professional ethics. Qualifications: M.B.A. or M.A. background At least 4 years in investment banking. Detailed knowledge of the relevant SET and SEC regulations. Skilled in the management of a small and efficient research and execution team. Very good market knowledge. Good English and interpersonal skills. Sound business acumen. Ability to work under pressure.
