Applicants are required to submit the following documents :-

1. Securities Trading Application Form-Individual
2. Securities Brokerage Agreement
3. Two Specimen Signature Cards
4. Certified copy of Passport / ID Card and House Registration *
5. Financial Statement
  • Copy of bank statements backwarded to at least 6 months
  • Salary Pay Slip

Remark*:

•  Foreigner : A copy of your passport signed on each page (Certified signature must be the same as shown in the passport)

•  Thai : A copy of your Identification Card (ID) certified by your signature. A copy of your House Registration certified by your signature.
