Job Description:
- Fully support clients on account opening, dividend & right issuing subscription.
- Conduct a live demonstration on how to use all premium facilities on our website to empower Japanese clients on making investment decision.
- To circulate the Daily Trading Notes, other mail alerts, and Newsletter to online clients via electronic mail.
- To cooperate with the Operation Department.
- Be responsible for answering all queries from Japanese clients via telemarketing and electronic mail.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese language.
- PC literacy in MS Word, Excel, Web Utilities and other electronic mails.
- Solid experience in marketing fields with excellent service mind.
- Able to deal and negotiate with clients.

Role: Maintain contact, support, satisfaction, solutions, tips, and detailed explanation of complex issues and product and services used by client.
MINIMUM/REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS preferably in Business Computer or Business Administration with sound knowledge in computer.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer support in both technical and administration aspects.
- Outstanding problem resolution skills.
- PC literacy is a must.
- As the business requires, based on system, market conditions and client expectations, the person will be expected to work extended hours in order to provide superior support to clients.
- Written/verbal/interpersonal skills sufficient to provide support and communicate with clients and associates at all levels.
- Good attitude towards supportive function.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Must proficiency in all company applications and web site within 3 months.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Stock market, brokerage or E-commerce experience is a plus.
- Good command of English skills in writing, listening & speaking
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calls and e-mails from clients are handled according to established support procedures and assigned schedules.

- Operate group training to clients in both head office and branches.
- Ensure all incidents are recorded accurately.
- Prepare necessary information to customers per their requests.
- Solutions are associated/linked to cases/departments when appropriate.

- Responsible for obtaining the information and skills that is necessary to perform job, from training sessions or working with senior members of cluster.

Role :
Responsible for supporting and customizing of SAP, mainly in FI/CO. Include defining specification, creating and modifying ABAP/4 reports.
The supporting of SAP will include helping users to verify and suggest SAP's processes, effective procedures, year-end closing and archiving SAP's data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Business related fields.
- 1-3 years' experience in SAP support or ability to customize at least in FI/CO module.
- SAP R/3 ABAP skills including Report Painter, Layout Sets.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Delphi and Unix system will be advantage.
- Good command of read, written and spoken English.
System Analyst
Role : Responsible for the system analysis, design, development and assist the team.
The supporting of application will include helping customers to verify and suggest application processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Business related fields.
- 1-3 years experience in system analysis, system prototype design.
- Capable of developing the application via Power Builder or Delphi or VB, SQL Server, Crystal Report.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, DBMS, Data Warehouse, NT or Unix system will be advantage.
- Good command of read, written and spoken English
