互联网开户需要提供以下文件.

1. 下载并且打印申请表格
   
   •  For non-equity clients, please click here to download and print out the application forms for equity trading
   

   •  For current equity clients, please click here to download and print out the application forms for Derivatives trading which comprise of
   
   (1) Derivatives Trading Application Form – Individual
   (2) Specimen Signature Card-(2份)
   (3) Letter of Consent for Debit to the Bank Account (ATS) for additional Margin Call payment.
   (4) Letter of Consent for Debit to the Bank Account (ATS) [(3)和(4)仅仅适用于通过曼谷银行和汇商银行帐号( Bangkok Bank Plc, or Siam Commercial Bank Plc.)]
   (5) Derivatives Agent Appointment Agreement.
   (6) Risk Disclosure Statement on Derivatives Trading.
   (7) Attachment to the Derivatives Agent Appointment Agreement.
   (8) Power of attorney (供选择)
   (9) 法律担保人Specimen Signature Card-(2份), 如果选择需要文件 (8)
   
   

2. 填写以上文件,并且在签名处签字.
   
   
3. 其他的申请文件 (全部文件都必须签名确认)
   
   3.1) 申请人
   •  护照复印件1份,并签名
   •  个人资产证明,例如
            •   至少开户3个月的银行储蓄本,资金流动以及储蓄本首页复印件一份,以确认您的姓名和银
                 行帐号.
            •   上个月的工资单
   •  接受过TFEX培训的证明复印件1份
   
   3.2) 收益人/管理人/联系人 (供选择)
   •  个人身份证或护照复印件 (外国人)

   3.3) 法律担保人 (供选择)
   •  个人身份证或护照复印件 (外国人)
   •  住房注册号 (如果是泰国申请人)
   

4. 手续费
   
   •  期货帐号申请手续费30泰铢
   
   • 法律担保人费用30泰铢 (如果需要)
   

5. 请将以上申请文件寄送到:-
